To estimate the time of delivery, please note processing time 2 - 3 business days, in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx. International orders will vary based on the destination country.
Expected shipping time to the United States: 7 - 14 business days
Expected shipping time to Spain: 15 - 30 business days
Expected shipping time to all other countries: 15 - 45 business days
As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.
There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Direct exchanges are currently not possible. You will need to follow our return process and then place a new order for the desired product.
If you would like to exchange for another size or color, please send an email to support@valeswim.com requesting a return. Include the order number and let us know you would like a different size or color and we will provide you a code for free shipping on your new order.
We know this isn't the most ideal exchange process and thank you for your understanding as we work with our current system limitations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can contact us at support@valeswim.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us unless the reason for return is our error.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item. Once notified, we will take the necessary steps to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
